The catalog

The site lets you search trading cards and see recent comps. Card names, set names, and brands belong to their owners. Blue Luchador LLC is not affiliated with or endorsed by those owners, or by any marketplace or grading company. We show the names so you can find a card.

Comps and other details can be incomplete or wrong. They are not an offer, a bid, or an appraisal. Check the current listing before you buy or sell. We are not liable for a purchase, sale, or price decision you make from what the site shows.

Using the site

Use the site for yourself. Do not scrape it, overload it, resell access to it, or try to break it. We can limit or stop access that interferes with the service.

The site and its software belong to Blue Luchador LLC. You do not receive any ownership in them by using the site.

The site can change, pause, or shut down. We do not promise that it will always be available or error-free.

The site is provided as is. If a court finds one part of these terms unenforceable, the rest still apply. These terms are the whole agreement between you and Blue Luchador LLC for use of the site.

To the extent the law allows, Blue Luchador LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages from your use of the site. Our total liability for a claim about the site is limited to the amount you paid us to use it. The catalog does not charge a fee, so that amount is zero.

Photos you submit

You need to sign in to submit a photo of a card. Only submit a photo you took yourself, of a card you have. Do not include people, personal information, or anything other than the card.

When you submit a photo, you transfer to Blue Luchador LLC all ownership and rights in it, and Blue Luchador LLC owns it from then on. We can use, edit, crop, display, share, or remove it anywhere, in any form, without paying you or naming you. You confirm that the photo is yours to transfer and that it does not break anyone else's rights.

We review every photo and can reject or remove any of them without giving a reason. We can stop an account from submitting photos if it sends ones that break these terms.

Changes

If these terms change, the date at the top of this page will change. Continuing to use the site after that means you accept the new terms.
