What we collect

When you search or open a card, we receive the search text and which card you opened. We send that search text and card to a card-pricing provider so we can return results and recent comps. We do not send that provider your IP address.

Our hosting provider keeps ordinary server logs of those requests. A log can include your IP address, browser, and the time of the request. We use the logs to run the site, fix problems, and block abuse. We do not use them to build an advertising profile of you.

If you set a theme, that choice stays in your browser on this device. We do not receive it as an account record.

Signing in

You can sign in with Google, Apple, Facebook, or X. Sign-in is handled by our hosting provider. The service you choose tells us its name, an account ID, and the name and email address (or X handle) it shares for your account. Apple may share a private relay address instead of your real email. We never see or receive your password.

We use that information to keep you signed in and to record who submitted a photo. We also keep a simple account record: the service you signed in with, its account ID, your name and email (or X handle), and when you first and last signed in. We do not post to your account, read your contacts, or receive anything else from it. Signing out ends your session on the site.

Photos you submit

When you submit a photo of a card, we store the photo with the card it is for, your account ID, and the time you sent it. Before we store it, we remove the information a camera saves inside a photo, such as its location and the device that took it.

We review each photo before it appears. An approved photo is shown publicly on that card's page. A rejected photo is deleted. Once a photo is approved or rejected, we delete the record of who submitted it.

What we do not do

We do not sell your personal information. We do not require an account to search the catalog or see comps.

The site does not respond to Do Not Track signals, and we do not track you across other sites.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Access to the service that runs it is limited to the people who operate it.

When the law requires it

We disclose information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Server logs stay for as long as our hosting provider retains them. We do not keep a separate file on you just because you searched.

Your sign-in lasts until you sign out or it expires. Your account record stays until you ask us to delete it. A submitted photo and the record of who sent it are kept until we review it; after that, only an approved photo stays, without your account details.

Children

The site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Your requests

You can ask us what request logs, account record, or photo submissions we still have that are tied to you, and you can ask us to delete them, by emailing support@blueluchador.com.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page will change.
